I hardly took any photos at all - actually reveling in all the wonderful moments got in the way of documenting them on my little Canon. This was the best trip I've ever taken there for sure.
I stayed at the same place I always do.
It made me happy to see Second Avenue Records is still open for business.
Outside of Eugene as the sun went down.
Unconventional brunch.
Erin.
Thai iced tea.
Then suddenly, I was back.
San Francisco is my home, but Portland is my hometown.

Oh thank you! And how very Portland-y to recognize someone you know.
I like your distinction between home and hometown. Is it common in English to do so? I'm not a native speaker in case my wording hasn't told you that yet :-)
For my studies I've lived in three countries within two years. Now I'm really looking forward to go back, leaving my home here and going back to build a home in my "homecountry" again.
Girl!! I loved spending time with you! Also, I have to say that I love that picture you took of me! Not to be vain, or anything. Anyway, these photos are gorgeous. Come back soon!!
