Viva la Lagerfeld!

So! Who...or what...were YOU for Halloween? I decided that dressing in drag for my first San Francisco Halloween would be appropriate. And who better to dress up as than one of the most revered (and eccentric) men in the whole fashion biz?

Uncle Karl, that's who!

Here we are presenting a new visual display.

Smiling is for the mortals. POSE!

These creations have us walking on air!

BE the mannequin!

Hmmm...I seem to have forgotten my diamond-encrusted belt buckle.

Errgh! This Chloe bag (ah, Chloe - those were the days!) can hold roughly 347 iPods.

You know.... It's tough being Karl! As the photo shoot was happening I kept on thinking, 'I need to do some variation in my poses.' But thing is, Karl looks very much the same in almost all his photos. I enjoyed this so much (and the parties, too) that I think I'll be Karl again next year! More rings! More hair whitening! Karl 2.0!!

that's brilliant! Great idea for a costume and great execution. I like the body language too.

Tyra would say:

"Your poses are too much like this...
When they need to be like this.
See the difference? This, this, this, this."

OK, so it doesn't work so well in type.

Ayyyyy! This is most scary costume ever. It is like the zombie combined with Count Chocula meeting the space alien!

Brilliant!

Besos,

Manolo
